Noreen M. Revuelta graduated cum laude from Trinity College in 1983, obtaining her B.A. in both Political Science and Music, where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She obtained her J.D. from Fordham Law School in 1987. She is admitted to practice law before the courts of the State of New York, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Ms. Revuelta specializes in areas of personal injury litigation, handling both plaintiff and defense cases from all aspects of the litigation through trial. She has also handled the defense of personal injury actions for the Hertz Corporation since 1988. She has litigated a variety of general liability, malpractice, and wrongful death claims, handling all aspects of the litigation from inception, including motions, depositions, arbitrations, mediations and trials.

In handling personal injury claims, Ms. Revuelta prides herself in treating each client with respect, making herself easily accessable to clients to ensure that their questions are always answered and that they are comfortable and knowledgeable about the status and direction of their case at all times during its progression.

Among the unique cases she has tried, Ms. Revuelta obtained a verdict in Supreme Court Nassau County in the amount of $348,400.00 on a personal injury case which was brought against homeowners for chemical burns sustained to their housekeeper's arm when she was directed to manually clean a self-cleaning oven with "Easy Off", which verdict was sustained on appeal. When Allstate Insurance company failed to pay the judgment amount, even after their appeal was denied, a restraining notice was placed on the homeowners' bank account, until such time as Allstate issued payment of the judgment with interest.
